We are looking for an experienced Line Cook. Moona's concept elevates Levantine cuisine by capturing seasonality & utilizing all of the Arabic inspired pantry items that make it shine: emphasizing the cuisines of Lebanon, Palestine, and Syria with the seasonality of New England. Some call this modern Middle Eastern, but this is what we specialize in.
This is a unique opportunity for a cook to learn about one of the oldest cuisines in the world, using sourcing the best spices and ingredients for it.
